the kias that are easy to steal are base trim level that have key ignitions. All the push button have RFID.

It impacts lock cylinders with chip keys as well. So unfortunately you’re going to have to skip the bling ring too :(

Yeah they’re not going to remove the restrictors at Daytona and Talladega, but they can run 750+ at every other track. They ran 900 for years without issue in the much less safe Gen 4.

Big L take. Oval racing is great. The road courses are a nice distraction, but Oval is way more fun to watch.

Awesome weekend. I never had much interest in Le Mans but I watched as much as I could because of the G56 car. I really hope more comes of this.
Here is my wishlist. Some crazy, some not:
1. Add headlights and taillights to the cup cars. It just looks too damn good
2. Use the G56 aero package on road courses for nextgen
3.

150k for single, married filing separately
225 for head of household
300k for married filing jointly

Ok. “Worthless” was the wrong word. But they will loose a significant amount of their resale value. Yes it will still do all the things it did before, but now if you go to sell it or trade it will be compared against cars that get much more range. On top of that the resale will not include a tax credit. All of these

well I didn’t get here by being foolish with my money. I think the tax credits are a good thing to help bridge the gap as we transition technologies, but to me the income cutoff doesn’t make sense since I would otherwise consider the EV, but I’m not going to light $7500 on fire just because.

As I said. I don’t qualify for the tax credit. AGI too high.

Those numbers are pretty incredible and if they achieve even 50% of their targets it will make existing EVs essentially worthless without retrofitting the new battery technology.

It is one of the reasons I just purchased a new ICE car. When doing the math, the premium paid for an electric car will never break even

Agreed, the lights on the NextGen just made the car look 100x more badass. They should definitely implement this for all makes in cup.

I think it also shows that NASCAR and multiclass racing are not incompatible. It would be really cool to see Cup, Xfinity, & Trucks share the track at Sonoma, Watkins Glen, Circuit of

The current NASCAR spec NextGens are running 670 hp at slower tracks and 550 at superspeedways. The teams have talked about wanting more horsepower, but they are not currently designing, building, testing the engines to that spec. 750 seems pretty realistic for this 1 off project. A bit more than they are running with

Now playing

Missed the very best one. George Washington winning the Revolutionary war in an SRT8 Challenger.

If you share company data on a public node of an OpenAI you deserve to be fired. It is worse than just posting company data on twitter.

Nope. You can see the frame behind the step bars. They did like a 4-6" body lift on this thing instead of just engineering it correctly

Step 1: fix your car.

So excited for Darlington. I can’t wait to see what Byrons color shift car looks like on track. IMO it is the best throwback of the weekend. I remember the original Jeff Gordon scheme being incredible. I’m glad they could replicate it with a wrap.

It’s not like this is happening in every race or in every situation. But you wrong a guy enough times on the track it’s gonna come to blows. There’s really not another way something like Chastain’s driving is gonna get settled. Nascar really can’t implement rules against contact on the track because it is part of oval

I would argue the 2-3 year old car is more reliable than new, especially when CPO. This is due to the bathtub curve of reliability. As you pointed out, all cars may have manufacturing defects (some significant). After 2-3 years, all that will be left are the good/repaired cars, and the only thing left to worr about

Yeah avatar is just some photos of the last G4 adventure. My LR3 actually has euro “Discovery 3" badges on it. I’ve got 204k miles on the LR3 and 119k on the RRS.
I had the thermostat housing crack and overheat, but didn’t have any issues with warped heads after replacement of the $100 part. I do all my own work on the
