...and there are 1.33 billion people in China. That's 0.0075% of the nation's population.

Well maybe in select markets...but nobody on XDA has had a problem like that, and they pretty much have a problem with anything.

This. I've seen Point & Shoots do the same thing...that's not amazing. It's great video and for many families this would be perfect. For filmmakers? No. Only the poorest of poor filmmakers will use the iPhone 4S for film-making. It doesn't have the right contrast, the right depth of shadow, or the amount of detail in

Amendment 5? Hrm?

This. Even Microsoft Word would have caught this. Come on, Giz.

I was just about to say this. It was constantly in the Tech news because he drove around without a license plate from the time he bought the thing. He got tickets on the car like every 2 weeks, and there are more than enough pictures of the car sitting in handicapped spots (when he wasn't ill)

Why was there no testing on AT&T outside of the iPhones?? I have the Galaxy S II on AT&T and my average connection speed is like 5 or 6 down and 1.5 up. I've hit around 8 down, but that's about the highest I've gotten.

...which makes the tests completely worthless. Amazon's Cloudfront service is relatively slow. The iPhone 4S on AT&T is using the 14.4Mbps HSPA+, which *usually* ends up being faster than Cloudfront. If you're trying to test a service with a huge limitation like that...the test becomes useless.

No they definitely don't. I have 4 lines on my family plan, 2 of which are grandfathered unlimited plans. Swapping out the sim cards on all of them I achieve the same speed results with the phones sitting in the exact same spots. 2 are 4G phones (the Atrix 4G and Galaxy S II) and 2 are 3G phones (iPhone 4 and a Nexus

Coloring? The only color you can see is in his head lol the costume has leggings

He truly was a forward-thinking man in every sense of the term. His head was always in the future, and it's what brought the future to the present. Rest in Peace, our old friend.

As a former Airman, I have to agree with this statement. :)

That was completely my fault. Wasn't meant to be a reply to you. Meant to post a new topic (since my post was in response to Jesus Diaz), and must have hit the wrong button.

Wow...I really hope this gets you removed as a Gizmodo editor. You have a million different things to choose from and you pick the homosexual man to associate with "cock"?

Yes, we have the right to fly. We don't have a *right* to fly on commercial airline planes. You're more than welcome to buy your own plane and fly it wherever you want...you have that right. You don't have a *right* to fly on commercial airlines. That's, literally, like saying a cop can't stop you from getting into a

Umm...you know that getting a ride in an airplane isn't a *right*...right?

Wasn't specifically aimed at you, you were just the last reply. Sorry.

I think everyone was misunderstanding me. I wasn't saying downloading digital copyright illegally should be considered a lost sale (it shouldn't be) nor was I making any kind of judgment on it.

The same is true for stealing from a store though. It's not a guaranteed lost sale.
