Shelby Gash has to be the most southern porn name I have ever heard.

Ginger ale.

Sir, this is a Starbucks.

Dammit, you chucklefuck, your intentions were perfectly clear. You wanted to hurt and embarrass a total stranger because some stray gross impulse darted across your lizard brain and being a white male, you never even thought to resist or question it. You honestly expected her to find that funny or at least “laugh it

“Tommy is a loving husband and father.”

5th Gear: Nissan hires new President of North America, Patrick "Babyface" George. Or he got Kinja'd and is now working remotely in Siberia.

Which is why I find that persona so toxic. His UK Kitchen Nightmares are so completely different (and superior) from the US version. In that one, he clearly cares and even if he is rude as hell, it’s clearly coming from a good place. I get the raging asshole is what execs think make good TV, but consider how damn

I don’t know what it says that among the first things our new private equity bosses did was dissolve the investigative unit I was a part of.

Now playing

Every time I read your articles (and byline) I get the line Cecilia, you’re breaking my heart stuck in my head. Now it’s appropriate. Your super in-depth investigative articles were the best. Going to especially miss the D&D nerdery. Best of luck.

So, I write marketing copy for a living, and sometimes that involves... well, “carefully phrasing” things in a way that gives the desired impression on customers. Never lying, because lying is immoral, unethical and (worst of all) is too often found out and ends just just making a bad situation worse, but still

I disagree. As children we’re all taught there are consequences for our behavior, but the richer you get, the less that is the case. You can act however you want and face almost no consequences.

They didn’t tweet about it. This is investigative reporting. And its valuable. With reporting like this, potential employees can make informed decisions about a company they might work for.

Sunk cost fallacy. If they wait just a biiiit longer....

Ever since Razer hit Irvine, the muttering under the table was that if Tan was in town, no one left the office. The dude is an example of a ego driven mad asshole that likes to boast about his company and his product....as if he built the damn mice himself and welded the beams holding the headquarters.

More than a few

HR only exists to protect the company. Every company. They may be decent people who are good at their jobs, it's just their job is to protect capital, not people.

I agree about seeding Bari Weiss #1, but I’m a bit confused about Bret Stephens at 16, unless the idea was to pit them head-to-head immediately.

If you could please write articles that link to every ex-Deadspinner’s new gig, that would be amazing.
