I am forced against my will to watch 'The View' once a year while answering phones for an Animal Shelter Telethon that runs during the day at the ABC affiliate. Really. I grew up in the 60's and we had fish every Friday. In a public school. Now, I happen to like mushy fish sticks and whipped mashed potato dehydrated flacks rehydrated. But veggie burgers and meatless fake chicken nuggets are good. My daughter ate them happily when she was a child.

I ate at Olive Garden. Once. Only because a well meaning friend gave me a gift card. The meal was just OK. My homemade lasagna is so much better and my hubby agreed. The only part we really liked was dessert. But we knew they bought those pre-made. Never returned.
