Close, but you chose the wrong Chevrolet engine...

Even the manufacturer only recalled the car once.

You mean like late model dirt track cars that have production based frames?

I saw $5 and figured they were being nice for the snailfest that was the GT-S. When I found out that people were being charged $5, $15, $25 or even $35 the WTF rate hit the fan. The prizes for the event don’t even support $15 like the first installments did.

I’ve had a pair of wild turkeys take a dump on the top of my windshield. 2" tall pile with a white streak all the way down to the cowl. First stop was a gas station where a squeegee was used without an ounce of regret.

Bernie was a shit of a “human being” (no offense to other humans, but biologically we gotta lump the species together for this statement.)

She definitely is. However at the core the difference seems to be the attitude and drive. I’m willing to accept that she had more earlier in her career in Indy, which is a time and place I’m not familiar with. But what I saw was always “Well, I’m happy to be here and we have a good car.” after a 27th place finish.

That’s a toonie of loonies!

Carmax paid me $2k for my Grand Prix. Sold it at auction. Another dealer had it listed for $8k. I’m not upset about any of this. My only regrets are that I didn’t keep it around as a spare car since it was in pretty good condition.

Fun fact about air cooled flat 6s. Porsche never did catch up to the number GM sold. Car sales today vs. the 60's is totally different. In 1965, Chevrolet sold 1,074,925 Impalas. This is more than the top three cars combined in 2015, at a time where the population was half of what it was now. The Corvair failed

I’ll say NP pending no rust issues. But definitely check for that.
