Solution: any greenlit game is free until completion. Once it's completed, players vote on whether or not the game is good. If enough players agree it's good, it can be put up.

i would rather have VR built around gaming instead of gaming built around the VR. I want to be able to use a VR helmet to play the next Elder Scrolls, not have It built around it.
