The MAGA elite.

Not for me, but picture it with MAGA flags.... It would be the hit of the Villages. The owner could play Bigfoot and crush golf carts.

Correction: the seller with 7 additional burner accounts voted NP.

You know what doesn’t suck? Saving a shit ton on gas. Get a Prius. It'll get you another 300k and save you enough money on the side to where you can buy cheap fun car on days where you want to not drive the Prius

Even new or barely driven off the lot, they’re a great deal for what you get compared to a higher trim Camry since everything is basically standard. And like you said, further into the used market it’s just a screaming deal when depreciation kicks in. Especially when full sized cars from a non-luxury brand are hard to

But why, if you’re going to be stuck in your car for hours, why not a Buick.

As a mechanical engineer, it never ceases to amaze me what we are able to engineer together. This is one of the most metal things I’ve ever seen.

“Komrade Ivan, vhat is better than ten turbojet engines?”

Indeed, you are correct...but “height of eye” is a thing, not to mention the target’s height above the wave-tops. Low flying aircraft well over horizon routinely show up on surface search/navigation radar sets.

When it comes to the make and model of the car, yeah I agree and vote based on what the market is for that car.But when it comes to mods, I vote based on whether the mods add/subtract value for me. In this case, it’s not the wheels that do it in, the originals are included and the ridiculous hoopties can be sold on

On one hand, you’re right: you can change the wheels. It even comes with the stock ones. On the other hand, the fact that it wears these wheels tells you something about the current owner. And that thing it tells me is that I don’t want this guy’s truck.

Yep. He didn’t bend at the waist to do it, which is an obvious nod to the figure, but this has been done.

I didn’t say that they were. And yes, you should slap your self in the face.

This point gets missed by so many here. Nobody is buying this as a daily driver. Nobody is cross shopping this with newer BMWs. Someone is going to buy this because they wanted a Supra back in the 80's, and couldn’t afford one then, and they are going to take it out on Sundays to get an ice cream cone.

Well... I too had a Celica. A 1988 with a sun roof, 5 speed manual and power everything. I traded it in on a 1996 small 4 banger Toyota. The difference between the two was apparent as soon as I left the dealer lot: That Celica was SLOW. As in a nearly lost control of the truck as I was so used to absolutely flooring

Fair point, but whoever is buying an ‘82 Supra probably wants that specific car.
