The solution to North Korea is to ignore them. They aren't an existential threat to the US. Their technology is a joke. The country blows all its money to be a faux Soviet Union and builds missiles that implode 80 feet from the ground. Unless they re-start the Korean war, we shouldn't be overly concerned.
