No. The clan I've married into has a last name not carried by many. From what I understand every single person in America and Canada with this spelling are on the same family tree in some way. It is kind of neat! There is a big family reunion every year I would love to go to!

You could use mine- I need a hormonal IUD to take care of my evil periods from hell but I cannot have high dosages of hormones because it causes blood clots. My IUD is the lowest dosage of hormonal BC out there. HUZZAH!

What sticks out to me as a fail is the title.

Reading through here I noticed a large amount of people talked about how ugly medical alert jewelry is.

I got my med alert bracelet through Lauren's Hope. They have everything from simple and plain to over the top fancy. I stuck with simple, it is much prettier than the normal chunky, ugly one. Plus it has a life time repair warranty.

I have a med alert bracelet (I take blood thinners) and this is one of my biggest fears. I sometimes, irrationally, freak myself out about it.

I think a lot of it depends on where you are in the US. I grew up in a town in Northwest Arkansas that had a population of 585. But looking at the other folks comments the idea of small greatly varies!
