I've been flex dieting, with some alcohol drinking. I have a very low fat allotment. Can't I take my whole alcohol calories and count them as carbs instead? (I know alcohol is 7 cals per gram and carbs are 4 cals per gram.) Why use the "10 grams of fat" rule?
