It is a foreign car because (as much as I hate Musk) they are ingenious and revolutionary cars. Something that the big three have forgotten about since the minivan was invented. It is foreign to them.

Yeah, this seems more like a Ninja 650 competitor than a new R6.

Not even the same company, bro.

I would want more power / speed to be able to get out of the way of crazy New Jersey drivers

They are one of the oldest motorcycle companies in the world, started 1903, same year as Harley .

Husqvarna is a historical Swedish brand, but the motorcycle company hasn't been Swedish in almost 35 years. KTM, the Austrian owners have been using the Austrian design house, Kiska, for all the cool Husqvarna designs. The bikes are manufactured in either Austria or India.

I would watch it if Dax Shepard wasn’t a host. I disliked him for years but him being “that guy" at a track day, acting like it's a race, not obeying the rules, really made me hate the guy. I wonder if he learned anything from his crash.

My favorite is when the place you are going is on a jug handle. It takes some big brain thinking to plan out the way there without doing several u turns / jug handles.

I make it a point to not buy Chinese products but I know it is not avoidable, and that Chinese materials make their way into other things I own. I don’t buy Chinese tools, power tools are getting harder and harder to avoid but at least my new miter saw was assembled in Taiwan. I needed a snowblower and most

The Bullet is a better looking bike. This thing screams “off brand Honda Rebel 250"

I won’t be buying any product of Musk’s either

There is a long list of empires and countries guilty of genocide over time, but who is guilty of it now? Do we just say, “that’s ok China, we did it hundreds of years ago, now it is your turn.”

What utopia are you from?

The USA has a lot of issues but the USA is not responsible for genocide of Uighurs. Companies have fled to China for the cheap exploitation of their workforce for decades. Instead of migrant children in cages, China locks them up in factories. You can’t compare the two.

Is Polestar building any cars outside of China? They have Chinese ownership which makes buying any Volvo a hard decision for me, but I can't imagine buying a car built in China, let alone a premium brand, with China's human rights violations.

Moto Guzzi seems to be the only company to figure out how to build a bike with good components in a country that requires decent pay. It seems everyone has shifted production to India or Thailand. I'll get a V7 one day over a Triumph on principle alone.

Walking around cities, there are cafe racers and standard bikes everywhere. Triumph seems to be doing very well. If you want young people to buy your bikes, make a standard bike for under $10k.

Buying this company and having manufacturers tags is a good way to drive any car on the street. Import late model cars from Europe and Japan for “benchmarking.”

When Sabine drove me in the Ring Taxi, I remember looking over at the speedometer and seeing 240 kph with the hairpin quickly approaching. It was the first time I experienced those kind of speeds in a car, and when she slowed and made the next corner I was flabbergasted. It was a sensation I had never experienced

Sabine took me around the Ring in the Ring Taxi. It was not terrifying even though she reached speeds around 150 mph and took any corner with a crowd sideways. I had complete trust in her skill, I was just having a good time and she made the lap look effortless while cursing every Dutch driver on the track.
