I’ve disliked this dude for years. He has Thin Blue Lives flags all over his garage, loves the cops. Thinks he is entitled to break some laws as he pays taxes and is a privilege white man. Fuck him.

Kill Chrysler, bring Ram in house to Dodge again. Pull Fiat out of the USA or have the brand just for a new 500 that is all electric and has 300 mile range. Focus Maserati on GT and luxury cars only. Bring the Giulietta to the USA only in a GTI equivalent trim, and have Alfa only sell sporty cars in the USA, redo the…
oh, NVM,you mean the dealer in VA
Roland sold the shop?!
I have heard bad things about that dealer, particularly the service department. The right move would have been to limp it into Philly when things got real bad on the way home, dropped it off at Spare Parts Co in Old City and got a bus/train back to NYC.
You know you can take a car that lives in the city, outside of the city, right? It is a tall MQB based car, it will handle well enough for what it is. The standard 20s probably aren’t too bad. I currently drive 19s with 35 series sidewalls and a very stiff suspension in the city and have yet to bend a wheel.
If you don’t like it, that is one thing. If you are upset it is destroying the environment, then all cars are destroying the environment. It is not like this car is the worst offender when it comes to emissions. If this car came to the USA, and my wife and I were back in the city sharing a car, then I could see this…
Wait, there is a new 2019 trim level when automakers are launching 2020s?
What are you doing on a car enthusiast blog?
I agree. When I saw this headline I was thinking how cool it would be to have an electric Beetle with the Cali look treatment, but lowering it does not seem feasible.
I am for more luxury automakers having this option as it gives me a quick litmus test on the person’s personality. Anyone with an illuminated MB star, BMW kidney grills or any of those SUV Coupes are definitely people I would not get along with, and are people I probably should not be courteous to on the road.
I have an 8S TT and returned from a week long business trip to my car with the windows down. Our cars were stored at basement level under a rowhome, and from the street the garage was not apparent. I think someone was going down the street trying to find signals from keys inside the house and someone else was trying…
I used to live in this one neighborhood in Philadelphia that is filled with the kind of people that has given Philly a bad reputation, and these people LOVED the drive through at the local ice cream place. The line often spilled out onto the road (they didn’t have a large property to begin with) and would cause havoc…
What are you doing in the Philadelphia Navy Yard? Its not time for another Radwood yet.
I-95? I-95 is the eastern corridor. You mean US-93?
Three days after last replying, you feel the need to tell me to “give it up.” Yes, this is something I am still talking about, dirtbag
You are calling me stupid and you can't even spell "cheese" correctly?
No, I don’t think that’s it at all. BB&T Pavilion (or whatever it is called this week) in Camden has this mixed identity for performers on where they are. I saw a comedy festival there and about half the comics called it Philadelphia, while the other half joked about their safety, or lack there of, of being in Camden.…
Most of the people that give Philly a bad reputation are from South Jersey and Delco.
