Which point is that?

That doesn’t make it a life saving treatment or medical procedure. Those refer to a treatment that without having it, the patient is terminal and likely to die. This isn’t that kind of medicine.

They can, but it has to be applied for and granted and testosterone levels are then monitored.

It isn’t trans-phobic ignorance, I can certainly appreciate the benefit of the treatment on her psychological health and happiness, but in the sense of a medical procedure or treatment, it isn’t a life saving procedure or treatment. In terms of prioritization in an emergency or in regards to procedual classification

This is a use case where now the left doesn’t want to remotely look at science or evidence that might be contrary to their conviction.

Bill Clinton campaigned for her. She accepted his support during her campaign.

It isn’t moot. Those are natural physical advantages that the sport is about. Artificial physical advantages are against the rules. The whole point of the women’s division is in recognition of biological male physical advantages.

Deadspin is largely peddling a convenient narrative where gender and sex are different constructs, but then as it relates to athletic competition, somehow they should be the same, regardless of biology.

My issue with her is exactly consistency. She came out against Franken which is fine, but in her early political career, she got a lot of support from Bill Clinton. In terms of gender, yes, she is a woman and should be free to live and be treated that way if that is how she wants to live her life.

Why can’t Telfer continue to compete in the mens division then? She was competing there and it would certainly seem fair then.

57 seconds in the 400 High Hurdles?

I don’t view it as a silly thing only because people put a lot of time and effort and emotional investment into competing.

So because those are the posted rules, it is fair? Guess we should have kept all the same rules on race in sports from the 30's, and we can eliminate womens collegiate athletics then because we don’t need Title 9?

Taking performance enhancing drugs absolutely creates an artificial biological advantage. PED’s in various forms increase strength, speed, growth recovery, endurance, etc.

Makes sense, and I agree, I just wanted to clarify.

Can you clarify your point.
