I don’t disagree that it happens but you absolutely aren’t providing evidence or data relating to frequency by countries. You aren’t providing any citations or data or anything that would constitute evidence.

I don’t think there is solid or settled sceince that 12 months of hormone therapy makes this competition fair. This is what is being used but we can look at the data of male and female performance and clearly see that she is performing at a vastly higher level as a female, than she was as a male.

Her times are good enough to compete at the D1 level. She wouldn’t be a national champion or AA, but she could win some less competitive conferences.

Sure but those situations have nothing to do with this one. This is France where the alleged assault occurred and then Brazil where it was reported. These places certainly have their respective issues but certainly aren’t as regressive as Algeria.

It doesn’t mean that it is absolute, but if she was flown from Brazil to Paris, flirted and sexted him leading up to it, and before this fully intended to have sex with him, then that would suggest she travelled half way across the world with the intent to have sex with him.

I understand all of this which is why I use the word “if.” I am simply saying these messages and the previous intent is relevant to the situation. It doesn’t prove anything absolutely, but it is relevant and it suggests a probability as does messaging that came after the incident.

My point is that based on the account from Neymar’s statements, the social media communication is the vast majority of their relationship. If it is his people coordinating her travel to see him while she is making her sexual intent know in messages to him, then it would seem more probable she was going to see him to…

In that everything between them, led up to the incident in question. They were’t a couple so background, context and how she ended up in Paris seems central to the allegation.

He has to come out not guilty though fair enough with Mike Tyson, not really sure how he came out as well as he did.

Here given that it is all one in the same and she was flown to Paris ahead of this, the whole context seems relevant.

If he is innocent, which is a significant if, then this woman is making a terrible accusation and seeking to destroy his reputation. This would injure his character and his long term marketability.

It isn’t other encounters that are the issue, it is her intent leading up to this encounter. If she is sending messages indicating her clear intent to have sex with him ahead of this encounter, then that would seem very relevant to her mindset and intent.

He isn’t highlighting her sexual history. He is calling out her sexual interest and desires between the two, in the immediate time period before she is alleging an assault to have taken place.
