Please stop letting marketing douchebags think they are fooling anyone. SUV’s have a body on a frame and are RWD based 4x4 with a transfer case. If it’s missing any one of those things it’s a CUV, if it’s missing two or more its just a car with higher ground clearance.

Or, you could just admit that your distaste for Macklemore caused you to under-state their significance and they are in fact, by definition, not a one hit wonder?

Actually, Thrift Shop was his second #1 hit after Can’t Hold Us which topped the charts a little more than 4 years ago. As well, his album The Heist made it to #2 on Billboard charts.

If you’ve driven several of them then that would allow you to make comparisons and draw conclusions.

Dude, pop a Xanax.

I think you have to actually drive them before you can render an opinion, but thanks anyways!

But I guess it could also be the most timeless design of the 80’s, 90’s, 00’s and 10’s because they haven’t fucking touched it in 37 years (except LED’s... they’ve got LED’s now WOOHOO!

“In an interview with Will Power from January, Racer’s David Malsher also mentions that “the purists would hate it” if the cockpits were closed, but that is by far the weakest of all the arguments put forth against any move to close or strengthen the driver’s cockpits in F1 or IndyCar.”

Either way, you only get that screen if you select the $2,700 option. So regardless of what else it does, 60-65% of C-Series buyers don’t select that option so accounting wants to save on the cost of the screen as well as R&D and manufacturing costs associated with having two different center stacks. Easier just to

I firmly believe it was accounting that made this thing be...on the C series Nav is a very expensive upgrade ($2,700 for the infotainment/NAV on the current C class sedan). As a result many don’t take the option. My local MB dealer suggests take rate is only about 35-40% on the C-class. Cheaper to tack on a stupid

How about $70,000 for a gen2 Supra?

Apparently you didn’t look very hard...first result on google:

Uh, really? GM had ~11% market share in the mid size pickup market in 2012. They have 34% right now. I’d say that’s “measurable change”.....

The GM twins are bringing more HP and TQ (on both 4 cycl and V6), better mileage, higher towing and payload ratings, better interior materials and at least equal ride and handling. All for a lower price after promos and incentives.

Most truck buyers these days (especially mid sized) are not using for work or business. They are using it to take the kids to school, the bike to the trails. Not the table saw to the job site. They are a fickle bunch with much less brand loyalty than you suggest. Taco certainly has a fan base that will stick with them

Next year’s sales figures will show us what the market really thinks but I believe Toyota smugly putting it’s feet up on this redesign is going to give GM the window they need to make themselves a serious player in this segment. Until now they’ve largely been a rounding error but the direct comparisons are unavoidable

Because the world needs some uselessness and ridiculousness to keep things interesting.

And with that trailer what were your loads compared to your front and rear GAWR? Your GCVWR? Your GVWR? Just because the vehicle moves when you’re set up that way doesn’t mean it’s:

Is Kia giong to start making a factory Donk? Is this the European version or the Dirty South version?

You're dead wrong Doug. The NSX can not and will not be a failure. For a car to be a failure it has to first be released, thus, the NSX will never suffer the fate you've suggested.
