There were some people speculating that the arrival of Thanos would reunite the two groups in Civil War against a common enemy. I thought that the ending of Civil War in the comics was weak. The arrival of Thanos would be a stronger ending, but I never thought it was likely.

Man, of all the possible “versus” that could happen in the Marvel Universe, Karen vs Elektra was the one I hadn’t thought of.
