Haha yes this can be very true; same for the bumpy rural dirt roads. The asphalt and concrete roads are definitely worse once a warm thaw comes through after the deep freeze. We just had two days of 50f with some light rain, and all the roads in southeast Michigan basically crumbled and exploded into bits.  It’s crazy…

I think the context was that they had some weird lights illuminated, that aren’t ok to use on the road. So he pulled them over to say, turn that shit off. At one point he says “wait until you get there”. So he was doing his job, no arrest is warranted for that. They weren’t blocking the road or anything.
