The "any athlete" is used in the second sentence of Section 5.1, which says that that when possible, every locker room "should" have a private area. If a locker room has this private area, indeed "any athlete" who desires to do so can use it. The following sentence, which would apply in instances when the particular

I did read the policy, and while clearly the ad comes from a place of hatred, you do misstate the policy when it comes to who can ask for special privacy accommodations. the policy sets out an aspiration that every locker room have a private area. However, it only mentions that the league should make reasonable

That's really quite brilliant and insightful commentary. You must be a Supreme Court clerk, or at least a doctoral student somewhere.

Yeah, because a university that top to bottom put winning football games and saving face over little kids not being ass raped, and whose idiot fans to this day support "Papa Joe" is the side you want to be on. But I guess if you are the type of person for whom "College Football > kids not being ass raped", then there

Ok, you regularly see people wearing white power paraphernalia and clothing with racist slurs on them? I'm not one to say that everything is great for everyone, but what you started off with was just a whole lot of bullshit that exists only inside your brain.

"The kid had a separated shoulder or broken collarbone. Perhaps bruised ribs and a head injury." Glad that on top of being an attorney you're also a medical doctor. Was it one of those 4 year programs they do, like sometimes with MBAs?

If this was Penn State, he would have just gotten blown by the coach.

Exposed for what? A basic takedown of a trespasser? Why don't you go ahead and provide a couple of instances where people who invade the field and are taken down in this way recover for injuries, or you know - precedent. If you are an attorney, and you are serious about your comment, I feel sorry for your poor clients.

Well that would explain why that Vine looks like some good-ole PSU shower horseplay.

"because of the country's customs agreement with Russia, their goods don't even get inspected" - so you mean like those backwards tyrannical EU fuckers?

bingo

Great. First domestic abuse. Then child abuse. And now a rape on live TV.

Do you live in the U.S? Cause if you do, then you are incredibly ignorant about the state of the law. You can walk down the street and take pictures of people all you want - there is no right to privacy in public places in the U.S. None.

Agreed. But this law made much more illegal - basically any picture on the street.

Separate section of same law.

No, another part of the law sweeps that up. Two clicks get you to the actual law.

You think taking someone's picture from 20 feet away while they're fully clothed violates them? Because that's what this law made illegal.

Well, that would be assault. But you're welcome to throw whatever you want at pictures or representations of them, and you should actually be thankful that reasonable people like this are in charge protecting your right to do so.

I know that details and reasoning really have no place here, but this law made it illegal to photograph anyone anywhere without their permission. It wasn't restricted to "upskirt" shots, and that was the problem. As the ACLU points out, and I hope at least some of you see why, this law was pretty obviously dangerous

It seems like all of these incidents take place during the offseason. With the way the Goodell solves problems, I'm confident my Jets can go at least 30-22 next year.
