I have a number of issues with Scar Jo playing this character. One is with the fact cisgender actors often play transgendered characters and the other is with the fact the trans man Scar Jo is playing was fat in real life. It feels doubly insulting to cast a cisgender, thin actress in this part.

I thought she was in jail.

I have absolutely no faith in this Department of Education.

I loved all of it.

Joe gave Mika his cat to take care of because he was having trouble with it. Mika brought it back to him and handed it over to him live on the air. She had it in her bag.

I keep wondering if Mika has Joe’s cat in her bag.

It was in reference to when SHS comes to the podium and what the hell is she going to do next. This is the direct quote:

There is a lot of gross implications in what Mika said. It sounds like if a woman does what society expects they will be protected. Frankly, if that is the case it doesn’t apply to all women who are wives and mothers.

She is so right.

Michelle Wolf was calling her a liar and a gaslighter. That is all true. She would fit right in at with the other aunties in the Handmaid’s Tale. Frankly, I’m disgusted by all the women rushing to her defense. She is not the one that needs to be defended.

I’ve been okay. My issue with kinja is finally fixed. I’m in Wisconsin so we didn’t have our walkout yet.

Even if these men had girlfriends, they would still be terrible because they don’t see women as humans with their own agency. They don’t even want girlfriends. They want slaves with no opinions or thoughts of their own.

Hogg is even saying she didn’t apology to that basketball player she insulted. Come on. This woman earned this.

My mom watched I, Tonya and enjoyed it. I asked her about the abuse scenes and she felt they were not played for laughs. They were horrible like they should be.

Why are so many people defending this woman?

I remember reading a story where women were publicly executed for abortion and using birth control. It was in a science fiction magazine.

I think as soon as her parents divorced her dad pretty much did not want anything to do with her. Marla took her to the west coast and Trump had no interest in her. I’m kind of wondering if the only reason they “reconnected” at all was for the election.

That was a stupid offer. They have no concept of what that would do to women.

There are some points of view that are too abhorrent to entertain. This is one of them. What does it say about this guy he thinks this is a legitimate view of women and abortion? What does it say about the people who are willing to give him a platform to speak?

That story about Allison Mack is so creepy and disturbing. She sounds like she was his second in command.
