It would definitely be pulled over and cited. But, the police can’t be anywhere all the time. Proof that laws, however stringent, do not prevent offenders from breaking them. It only gives law enforcement the cause to take action and the subsequent prosecution. The notion that laws prevent crime is really laughable.
When you hear people complain about having to take their cars in for safety inspections, and getting failed for this or that, this should be your response.
Depends on the state I believe. Pretty sure the one I live in would fail inspection.
