Sounds like the Clinton mentality...well the van rockin' part of it anyhow!

I agree with Stang70Fastback. Just because you don't see anyone, doesn't meant there isn't.

I always signal in case I missed someone. I have pretty good situational awareness, but there's always the chance I missed something.

Dear car, I know I'm close to the next driver up ahead, I'm just about to overtake them. Dear car, I know I crossed my lane without indicating. That's because there's nobody here.

On the liftgates, it's not the opening that's hard...it's the closing. The struts are there to Lift the gate. Closing it means you have to overcome the lifting power of the struts. This can be difficult if the door is already a foot or so over the top of your head, and also if you're older.

Would be funny if they had a pulsing air flow, like somebody right behind you breathing on your neck.

Most people just keep their foot on the brake when stopped in traffic.

Personally, i'd stay away from turning rotors. You're taking material away from the rotor and honestly, new rotors arent that much more than getting them turned. ALSO - i've known more than 1 person have a dork at the shop not mount the rotor flush so that the rotor gets turned incorrectly and creating MORE

Nobody got the number one obscure law?

Wow, so it was not even a month old?

The asshole he hit was sitting on the shoulder. Not really much room for him to go.

And right there folks is a damn good reason to NOT drive on the shoulder. Stupid SUV.

Apparently it's illegal in Washington to put your car in neutral and coast down a hill:

Isn't a half ton, 1000lbs? 500 is a quarter ton...

Half a ton or 500 pounds? There's a difference.
