I hate to be "that guy," but this is fake slow-mo. Lightning doesn't fade in like that when you watch it slow-mo; it has a distinct origin from which it forms, moves, and spreads. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say this was taken with a normal camera and then edited, rather than just completely fabricated.
