Went from cars, desiring to someday have an ///M or 911, to motorcycles. And then within motorcycles, my taste has evolve from focusing on performance above all else to prioritizing fun and platforms that I can use on the street without breaking too many laws.

Probably helps a fair amount with fade, but usually track pads just let you run hotter without losing brake performance. The system still hits the same max T and would heatsoak in the same way regardless what pads are used.

I thought it was a single motor in back split between two wheels? If so, I expect total energy put into the braking system to be very similar to that of a standard drivetrain. 

..and simulates the abilities of a limited-slip differential using the brakes.

I make it part of my morning routine. Every morning my body accepts that within 10 minutes of rolling out of bed the shoes are going on and we’re going for a run. Like you touched on, the first mile sucks, but being barely awake dulls that somewhet.

Lol, but how do you get around? If I can in fact make that, it will never make sense to buy with cash rather than financing...
