Used to live in deer country, I’d probably be a very different (more cautious) driver if I’d stayed. As it stands, where I live and drive, the only real danger is to myself from hashing up a turn. 99% of the time I don’t drive beyond my line of sight unless I know the road VERY well.

My only issue, and it’s a deal breaker, NO LSD!

Eww, didn’t realize the Miata had this problem too! Only blue option is on the old man version (Grand Touring)

I’ll bite, while I do my best to control the variables (early morning/late night, too far out of the city for cyclists/walkers, don’t use all available grip on blind corners, etc), there’s always that chance of an animal stepping out or a car stalled just around a bend just waiting for me. I don’t know, part of me is

So you never go out searching for some deserted back roads? You don’t have a favorite route to barnstorm in the early morning hours?

This doesn’t even look fun, what’s the draw?

No blue option, not interested :(

I make semiconductor machinery (you know, the stuff that makes computer chips), most of our module controllers still run windows 95

Oh yeah, the colors were intense. Probably one of the best examples of how to do a live action cartoon and still make it look like a cartoon.

I was stuck at home during winter break of my sophomore year at college due to a snowstorm. Having nothing better to do, I decided to drop some acid. At some point, after becoming bored with watching my cat eating itself starting at the tail, I decided to watch the live action Speed Racer movie. (which everybody

It’s not light, basically the same weight as an M4

You know, it’s true. My old Fireblade totally changed my perception of speed and ruined fast cars for me forever. Of course, back then my wallet’s reach far outstripped my riding skill, and I sold her in the interest of self preservation.

God dammit, comfortable guy and multiple bike guy is basically me to a T. Soon to be Supermoto guy as well as soon as my Excel 17s come in and I get that pumper carb installed on my DRZ.

Good article! Might actually go check it out at the next Ducati demo day. I’ve always avoided them cause I kinda perceived Ducs more as bikes to take selfies with than bikes to ride.

I have been so on the fence about buying a Superduke, but have been waffling between “How much is too much, and is this really an objectively better riding experience than my modded SV650" and “holyfuckingshit, 5th gear wheelies! holyfuckingshit that engine! holyfuckingshit braaaaap!

FWD, no care.

I wouldn’t, too expensive, not enough clutch control, not enough cylinders, too many turbos. Even if I had the money this would not even be on my radar. I guess it is pretty though...

Wow, you’re not kidding

Really? Clutch on upshifts on the R1? Was he trying to be slow?

Counterpoint.
