IEM (in-ear monitors) my preferred brand, Etymotic HF-3. Bach, Blue Oyster Cult or (shudder) Beiber, perhaps Angry Birds or even no music whatever. Problem solved.

Is there any way to get rid fo the heyvy metals in your fat cells? I have been changing my diet to slim down (one big reason besides the usual is I suffer from GERD and have a hiatal hernia and the symptoms have lessened when I lost some weight).
