That’s exactly the opposite. Hot sauce is not flavor, it’s heat that hides actual flavor.

As I said, it’s great on food that tastes like nothing or that just taste bad.
If your food is good, and your flavors are already speaking, hot sauce just shit all over it.

that was my experience as well. No sleeping with nothing, shallow sleep with weed. Switching to cbd flowers has corrected the shallow dreamless sleep issue I had with real weed.

I stopped having dreams from age 18 to 33. And then I switched to smoking CBD, and 3 weeks in, the dreams came back.

In my experience, weed helps me fall asleep, but makes me have shallow and not great sleep. CBD does me a lot better.

Then again, without anything I get no sleep at all, so shallow sleep…
