From my experience of both the US and France, (and this goes for soooooo many things, not just cows ^^), you guys are on both extreme of the spectrum while we tend to be on the middle-upper part.

What I mean is, your organic grass fed free roaming hippyass cows will be better off than ours. You have way more available…

And you routinely get your ass handed to you by a bunch of farmers with shoddy equipment.

But yeah I can get a very, very good (by french standards :) ) gallon of white wine box for 10€ a couple hundred feet from my home, so that’s usually my indulgence drink :)

The current Grim beer is mass produced, and the brand does belong to Carlsberg, but a few companies are making it all over europe.

It’s pretty good for a mass produced beer. (but as far as fake monk beer goes, Affligem is better IMO).
I’ll keep a look out for the new monastery made one, definitely.
