I mean he co-created the show and has been on it from the beginning, it isn’t like he was handed an easy job, he created it. And IMO he’s a pretty engaging host and does a better job interviewing celebrities than most people do.

I think the relationship ended October 2018 not 2023. They messed up the date.

lol ‘comic book virgins’, apparently it’s the ‘80s again and I’m a big fat virgin nerd for having read comic books 30 years ago when I was a kid. Only some kind of horrible nerd would be able to remember things like that, regular people don’t have oversized crazybrains and can only remember one or maybe 2 characters…

And yet these are comic book movies about comic book characters with stories told in comic book style.  If you haven’t figured that out by this point I’m not sure what to tell you.

The problem isn’t the amount of backstory, it’s the massive drop in quality on average since (and, arguably, including) Endgame.

Am I on a limb here observing that Hollywood seems to be churning out a lot of younger female stars we’ve seen than in the passed. Spaeny and Merced have been everywhere lately. Same with Jenna Ortega and a slew of others. It’s not that odd but where are their male counterparts...?

What I’m trying to say is Dakota…

I’ve longed for some sort of colonial marines movie since seeing Aliens (and even more since seeing the screenshots for that Alien vs. Predator game in magazines during the 90's). Would love to see a crew of meatheads in their element and taking on the unknown, but with better leadership than Gorman.

Can we stop remaking Alien , and at least have a go at an Aliens remake? ..some cathartic Xeno shootage on a slightly more even footing , rather than colonists and the occasional barely armed space traveller ,would be nice (even if yes, nearly every one of the marines died in Aliens,)

another one on for the pile of effectively Alien remakes I guess. They seem to exist just to point out how Alien worked more effectively despite the lower budget.

To be fair the show was off the air for 27 of those thirty years. 

That film did not get much love. I loved it. I’ve been waiting to see Furyans for a long time so I hope Twohy doesn’t disappoint.
