I have mixed feelings on this. To get the bad out of the way first, I’m not too thrilled with how fast they’re pairing up Ryan with the rest of the Batteam, I’d hoped that this would be a gradual thing, and while they’re not together by the end of the episode it feels like it’ll be not to long before it happens.

It’s not what Smith said either.

That’s not even close to what I said.

Do you really want to know? Because the answers a spoiler.

They were separate entities but they were doing her job.

Well then, they just can’t stop hemorrhaging actors.

Well, it was more interesting then season two, I’ll give it that much. I guess we’ll have to wait and see where they go with this but hopefully they end things on season because yeah, they’re running low on source material.

I’ll take your word for it, I’ve never seen him before.

I had a similar feeling, and in the same episode where we got Torchwood references.

And him telling the Doctor that’s what he was going to do and her not stopping him. I guess you could make the argument that she decided to use this as part her plan but they never really gave any indication of that.

There’s several soap opera’s and drama’s that would disagree with you on that.

It’s the kind of half assed writing that makes intrigued/wary to see them do a Brexit episode.

I don’t think you’ll find that many people who disagree with that. That’s pretty much what everyone thinks of Moffet.

Yeah that happened I guess. It’s probably telling about how bad Doctor Who has been lately that I forgot that this was going to be a thing, wasn’t that interested in checking it out and was just ambivalent when it was over.

I think that says more that Covid wasn’t the problem.

I personally didn’t like it as much as the first two seasons and it had some very rough points but I liked season 3 well enough. And it was far better then this season.

The last four episodes were filmed after the Covid shutdown.

Even then it’s not like Leon was much more of a character.

That was it? Wow that was a whole lot of nothing. Just like this whole season. It’s amazing that 11 episodes passed and it feels like nothing happened in them. It felt like they were just killing time until the end and when they got to the end it was just a bunch of clean up to make it align with later seasons. Like

Happy was perfectly fine as a background detail. Now as it stands he’s a another body that needs to be dealt with.
