I’m torn on this one. On one hand the plot finally tied everything together. Ethelrida finally got involved in the main plot by revealing the murder that nobody knew was a murder, Orietta got brought to justice, and the ghost was finally explained.

To be fair the method nowadays to crossover Station 19 with their storylines so we could have gotten the tiger mauling followup if the lady hadn’t died before they got there.

I clocked out of this show after Season 8 and only came back for the 200th episode and the finale tonight. Can’t say this was all good (Hence me quitting after Season 8) but it was an interesting ride.

Maybe Ghost Derek is here to tell Meredith to move onto greener DeLuca/Hayes/Someone not these two pastures.

Also he’s kind of got issues with his family for sending him to the Faddas in the first place.

If I hadn’t seen the previews for next week I probably would have been more annoyed that this episode was dedicated solely to writing off several of its characters. Because we’ve only got two more episodes left and it still feels like there’s a lot of ground to cover. I did like it though.

I would guess around the same age as her actress, late twenties to early thirties.

Not really, Orietta & The Smutney’s stuff has been on the sidelines for most of the season besides each one having a connection to one of the gangs and unless the final fight is going to be in the street between Orietta and Etherlida’s I can’t particularly seen how either one is going to figure into the final fight.

If he was he probably would have used more clear language. Plus he didn’t know Orietta prior to that meeting and there’s a vast gulf between doing Cocaine with someone in a supply closet and asking them to murder someone.

No he didn’t. He didn’t know she was going to murder him. He just asked her to take care of him and she took that to mean Angel of Mercy him.

No, they don’t. The closest would probably be Ethelrida since she has his ring now but I’m guessing she doesn’t know the significance since she’s had zero connection to the Faddas.

Tying up loose ends, I’m guessing he wasn’t lying to Deafy about that. Just that he didn’t mention that Deafy was one of them.

I think Odis just fucked up, he got spooked and didn’t fire in time.

I think I know why this season hasn’t really had the impact of the previous seasons, and it’s the fact that there’s no driving goal of this season. In the previous seasons it was “There’s been some murders and the perpetrators should be brought to justice.” But not here, here the murder of Mob Boss Fadda doesn’t

This season has felt like it’s just a lot of build up so far. Build up to what I don’t know, war I guess? Everyone getting killed? Joe Bulo somehow coming out on top somehow since apparently he’s a thing now? The Etherida stuff is interesting but it also feels like it’s on the far edge of everything else happening,

Well, if that’s what they were going for they’ve failed because based on the reactions here all he’s done is annoy people.

Just wrapped him up and dragged him along behind them.

Yeah I just don’t get Gaetano’s character, he’s all over the goddamned place. His most consistent bit of characterization is that he seems one bad comment away from flying off the handle. But then he’s also a schemer except all his schemes seem really simple, and then he’s also pretty blood thirsty but was getting

I guess that Ghost is just a known entity in the Smutney Family based on how everyone reacted to it. An annoyance who shows up to spook them every once in a while.

Needs more Lucifer.
