Yeah, I was quite surprised when I turned on BBC a few minutes before 9:00 and discovered that the show had already started half an hour earlier.

She got disintegrated at the end of series 8 and came back at the start of the next series just fine.

So I don't know if this was announced anywhere but I didn't know that this episode started half an hour earlier than usual. Anyway, I liked Bill's ending, Nardole's not so much, Missy's even less and I look forward to the Christmas episode and hopefully not being annoyed with the new doctor.
