@wheatieboy: Clearly, that is because you are wrong and have no taste.

I'm sorry, I've been lectured for promoting an undeserving "red" or unapproved comment. Like the comment by "lib" below that does nothing to add to the conversation and serves only to attempt to inflame and excite other people. I believe it's called "trolling".

I don't care what y'all have to say, this is the finest car I have ever driven, bar none, end of story. The W12 engine is an absolute symphony, and it applies power in exactly the way you wish it would: Smoothly, silently, effortlessly... and then when you stomp on it, with a roar and a scream that would wake the dead

@pz: No, the Phaeton is the Bentley Continental, not the A8.

I'll be looking forward to this one.

This just In, ladies and gentlemen...

@BrAff: Thanks, Thad, once again! Word of your remarkable discovery had not yet made it back here to the Porschebunker, so I was unable to get any further comment.

Oh, an efficient diesel VW? I'm getting the hell out of this thread right now.

Dammit, video won't work on the iPhone. Now I have to wait til I get home. In two days. Two days!!

@hxzero: As a fellow Corrado owner, I'll keep the scotch chilled for both those times when it exhilerates you like nothing else, and for when it breaks your heart. Mine has done both several times today.

@BrAff: it's sad, but I giggled out loud when I saw that Thad Longlove had returned.

This just in, ladies and gentlemen, Porsche engineers have announced that in reponse to the new GT-R SpecM, they were to be releasing a new 911 GT-RS R4 R50 Ring-Spec Type-L luxury variant. It was to be available with leather from wild buffalo, with each piece chewed by toothless Inuit women until it's softer than

@tonyola: Other sites are quoting prices as being lower than the Veyron. $1.4M is Jalopnik speculation.

Really, Nibbles? Three times? Seriously?

Apparently Nibbles hates me today too.

@1300ccsoffury: Not one bit. I'm just genuinely tired of all the 20-yr-old stereotypes that come into the comments every time there's a VW post.
