Shelby American is producing the six big block cars to settle Carroll Shelby’s “unfinished business” make wicked profit.

The 1st-to-4th “skip shift” is nothing new to GM cars - my C4 Corvette has it and I learned how to avoid it by the second day I owned it.

It’s even more impressive in person. Saw it at Laguna Seca on Friday.

$34,495 invested in a moderately aggressive index fund in 2002 would be worth $109,000 today. Just saying, maybe that wasn’t the greatest investment.

Buick has made a lot of good looking cars for a long time. Don’t get hung up on the badge jobs of the 90's and early 2000's. Even 80's Buick were something attractive.

Buick has had some decent looking cars. The GNX wasn’t bad and this isn’t hard on the eyes:

How is that wrong though? The seller just needs to say “no” and move on, their is nothing wrong with trying to get a better deal.

It’s a pretty nice restomod. Someone probably saved a borderline car from the crusher, because an original car wouldn’t have any trouble drawing this kind of money so there has to be a reason why it’s been modified.
