My 82 year old parents bought a ‘16 Honda CR-V last year. My dads one request was that it was either blue or red, just so he could find it easier. Too many silvers out there. My wife had a ‘97 CR-V that was blue as well, but I see that color on many Honda CR-Vs of that year all the time. Silver is a poor color

Possible “daddy” issues because he didn’t get that new Mustang he was dreaming about??

On second look,

I’m no expert, but I believe the Aurora shared the same platform as the Buick Riviera.

The Alero shared a platform with the Pontiac Grand Am, while the Intrigue was platform mates with the Grand Prix, Buick Regal and Chevy Impala.

Missle Launch Achieved!! All hail our glorius leader!

You are wrong. This has been thoroughly discussed and a decision has been rendered. The LeSabre is the perfect old, cheap car.

The answer, as always, is a LeSabre for $300..

My dad, who’s been retired for 20+/- years, was a service repair man, and the company he worked for typically provided Ford E-150 vans for their employees to get from one location to the next.

From the listing, “The transmission has been replaced with a Subaru remanufactured unit, and we also performed a transmission fluid and filter service.”

Weird car that would be fun to own. However, pretty sure it’s complete CP. As Graverobber noted, for a car built in central Europe for the USSR, it sure does have a lot of items labeled in English. Not only the ignition switch, but all of the gauges read “Made in Hungary”. It’s a cool & rare car, but certainly not

+1!

They’re out there, I’d need to travel a bit to find one, though.

For that amount of money, I’d just buy a real Volkswagen Beetle.

Oooh, that’s Awesome!

The motor mounts and brake rotors were from Rock Auto. The passenger side mount was hydraulic, with the drivers side & transmission mount being solid rubber. I’m thinking something else is causing the vibration, but haven’t narrowed it down yet.
