A lift up hatch on a CUV sucks when you’re tall. I’m 6'4", and I will hit my head on nearly every CUV/SUV with a lift hatch. That’s why I liked the 1st gen CR-V, as it’s split hatch opened high enough that I didn’t hit my head on the upper glass when I loaded up the kids stroller and other gear. A side opening door

Beat me to it.

Shit, according to the Donald, dealing with a “mega-city” is as easy as 3, 2, 1....

Well, the other way to transport gas or oil is by train, which has had no issues, whatsoever. /s

Don’t worry, people of the south, I hear fuel deliveries are already on their way, with escorts for protection.

For what it’s worth, my parents are selling their home of 50+ years for $36,250, closing is tomorrow. And, no, it isn’t a pile, but a decently well kept home in N.W. Ohio. The market is, what the market is.

Yep, although it was more appropriate when I first started posting here back in ‘09 - ‘10, when everything was shitting the can. I should get vanity plates for my car, DEAL KLLR. That would cool.

As a real estate appraiser, I can assure you, I care a great deal about the improvements to a property, whether positive or negative. Assessors do mass appraisal, where site size, dwelling area and site improvements are considered as well, but the process is far different then what I do as far as forming a value

Yep, I agree, 16+ years experience in the field. It does depend on condition and location, but a $60K outbuilding contributes more than $5,000. Although the OP states this was in metro-Detroit, where such a building would be a large over-improvement. Especially if it is, as the OP says, larger than the home itself.

Are you a Real Estate appraiser? It doesn’t sound like you are.

The reason I own a car, actually two when I count my wife’s Town & Country, is that I can use it whenever I feel the need to. At this moment, my car is sitting, waiting patiently for me out in the parking lot of my office. That means, if I feel like going out to lunch, I can get into my car and go. With this company’s

1st Gear: So, you’re telling me I should try to convince my 82 year old parents to trade in their ‘06 Impala and ‘99 Ram Quad Cab for a Camaro? Ok, but it might be a bit of a hard sell on my dads part. Although my mom does have a bit of a lead foot, and I can totally see her ripping a few epic burnouts when leaving

But, light blue rims man! You can’t get can’t light blue rims just anywhere!

Those were great fun. A kid down the street owned one, and we were constantly spinning that thing out in the drive-way or sidewalk. And the best part was that girls obviously couldn’t ride it, as it plainly states at the top of the box “for guys 8, 9, 10 years old”

Can I just keep my 4s? It’s sitting right next to me, charging happily, like newer versions have never been released.

Thank God it’s Friday..
