This is something I am dealing with right now. I’m 30 years old, been in my “industry” for 10 years, climbed the ladder from almost the lowest possible rung to the upper 25%(management). My current job pays well, the work isn’t overwhelmingly difficult and I’m quite proficient at what I do.

Not that it makes a huge difference, but my suggestion (that was greyed out) was first. Carry on!
