I have little confidence the ‘college experience’ of football and basketball players would make them more open-minded. I’d say that study while technically true based on their constraints doesn’t mean it translates into anything meaningful.

It is objectively worse than Olive Garden and Ruby Tuesdays. They are all the most boring generic versions of their food but boring generic ‘American’ food is worse than boring generic Italian or burgers. Their steaks are the reason A1 exists - so you don’t have to taste whatever cut of meat they pass off as steak.
