I keep hearing this and yet anyone that has taken a high school or even junior high level economics class should have known that Trump’s promise to bring the jobs back was bullshit at best.

He would have to do more than reverse globalization. He’d have to also reverse the productivity gains that have been good for industries but bad for employment. Our manufacturing sector right now makes just as much stuff as it ever did in US history. It just makes it with a lot less people.
