I agree with you but the problem is, we are the minority. The majority of people that buy games and who these companies make money off of, are the people that buy 2-3 games a year max. The people that will only buy an Assassin’s Creed or Call of Duty but put 500 hours into it and spend more money on microtransactions.

It’s so quaint how regressives like to frame things such as wanting to strip women of their bodily autonomy as “not aligning with their views.”

This baseless speculation needs to die. She had to audition for Bayonetta 3. If they wanted to get rid of her they would have just turned her down in the audition rather than do a lowball. People acting like they lowballed her to get rid of her have zero evidence that this is true and it doesn’t make sense given the

Konami wont do that until Hideo Kojima is dead or can somehow not profit from Metal Gear.

Playing a game you didn’t pay for in the privacy of your own home, in literally no way, gives publicity.

Pretty sure “the spell” and “the item that gives you the spell” are logically interchangeable, even for pedants.

I really can’t help but wonder why SF6 seems to be excelling at everything except its music, which is abysmal, especially compared to the awesome variety and interpretations of classic themes that SFV had.

Because they get clicks, which translates into revenue.

In the context of that scene, I don’t think sparing him was considered an act of mercy. For almost a century, Smasher had thought of himself as the apex predator. An unstoppable killing machine. After completely wrecking his shit and leaving him as nothing but a twitching torso, sparing his life means he has to live

I couldn’t give two wet farts about Grand Theft Auto, but the comments here bagging on the leaker seem weird. Take Two has been milking the GTA Online whales for half a decade now, I’m totally down for literally anyone deciding to spit in their eye in any way they see fit.

Good. If Nioh 1 and 2 are any indication Team Ninja knows exactly how to make intricate, mechanically deep titles without stretching their resources thin on secondary needs.

...AHHH!

Having an option does not make a game worse.  That’s gatekeeping.  You’re saying that if someone can’t keep up with the difficulty YOU are comfortable with, they shouldn’t be allowed to play the game.  Other people having the choice to lower or raise difficulty has no effect what so ever on the difficulty you play on.

Well, that’s another game I won’t buy.

I can’t get over how unfortunate that title is.

I’m glad people can try this game without dropping full price on it.

Yeah, missed it scrolling past all the ads

I have always taken issue with the discourse around Quiet which always just sounded to me like slut-shaming.

slut shaming is something done to actual women, not oversexualized female characters made by and for men. criticizing quiet’s design is criticizing the men who made her, not quiet herself
