The platforms would be well within their rights to remove these videos. It’s considered reasonable moderation under Section 230. Ironically, in this situation, forcing the platforms to leave the content up would be a first amendment violation covered under the Compelled Speech Doctrine.

Given that a consequence of getting shot 4 times is 4 holes in you (possibly more if they were “through and throughs” ... how does tight clothing - that is now full of at least 4 holes - stop you from bleeding out?

If clothing was so tight it could stem blood flow to a gun shot wound, it would also be preventing proper blood flow to those areas before the wound happened. This would be very bad - especially as it would have been happening all over her body.
