I was able to sell a ton of them on eBay for stupid money. I definitely didn’t break even or anything, but I was shocked at how much people would pay for not-that-old magazines in great condition. ($40 + shipping for a 5 year old copy of BIKE? Works for me.)

After having made both of those recipes a couple times, I’ve decided I prefer Allison’s recipe. Both are good, but something about hers just works better for me.
My father is like that with salt on nearly all dishes. I gave up trying to break him of the habit long ago.
I personally add pepper to things other people might not such as a salad, coleslaw, or mac and cheese.
