I know this is a stupid thing that happened, but I really question this business of “emotional support pet” thing. How did people before live without this?

I wished that oil changes were only 10 bucks... I’d let someone else do it, but oil changes on my cars typically cost 40 bucks on parts if I did it. It costs about 110 bucks with a 3rd party mechanic. It costs about $120 by the dealership.

Try to get or rent the right tool for the job to be done. The right tools can save time, sweat, protect your body (hands, face, eyes...), and reduce a lot of cursing! And the right tools can also mean a successful job the first time and not screwing things up more to fix later.

Get an Euro spec switch. On my R32, I even added the rear fog lamp.

A co-worker had one. It had a oil leak that needed a new motor from Germany, but it was reliable after the engine change. It was a blast to drive that wagon... (4 Motion, Stickshift)

I am not saying that I “am” that person, but I am also a classically trained violinist, and know how to play other instruments as well. I know that helps with being in “tune” frequency and timbre-wise during my recording sessions.

Sorry, one more, the SACD’s does sound slightly better (24 bit, 96KHz), but I don’t think it justifies the price for that small difference.

And one more thing, I used to be a recording engineer. And I am very picky about sound and the quality of sound.

In casual listening, like while doing other stuff and listening to music at the same time, I would honestly say that I can’t tell a difference. In critical listening, using two different systems, one being more high end (but both are expensive enough to be called high end, by the way, no tube crap) and seating myself…

Mass and weight are different, and as the rocket moves away from Earth, things change.

It’s unfortunate for those of us who have the ears and the good equipment wanting to listen to full uncompressed music.
