The vast majority of the fault here is pinned on the Camry driver without a doubt, I’m just saying the guy on the bike isn’t 100% innocent here.

If that is not enough room for you to stop or at least avoid, you are going to fast for the vehicle you are in/on or the conditions or both.
My point is - while this was largely impart the fault of the Camry driver, the biker isn’t 100% innocent here.
