I don’t know if “period piece” is the correct term here, usually to count as a period piece a movie has to be set at least 20 years in the paOH MY GOD.

Being set in 2002 makes this movie a period piece in two senses!

This is probably more what I’m getting at. I know there’s some news floating around about in-development Star Wars games and movies that might be taking place thousands of years in the past. That sounds awesome. I want all things Skywalker/Obi-Wan to be wrapped up and done. We don’t need any more content around those…

as someone who didn’t watch clone wars, but quite enjoyed rebels, the added context doesn’t really make the new live action stuff any better or more interesting. 

That’s at least easy enough to answer via headcanon. She’s a daughter of an Imperial (who were all Brits) who fled after the Empire collapsed and ended up hiding from the Rebellion on Tatooine.

Uh, The mech droids were clearly an evolution of the Droidekas from the prequels. The design language hardly came out of nowhere.

I just also want new kart parts. For me the fun of more recent Mario kart games is mastering the courses while unlocking new parts.

The Pykes don’t even own a ship. Their reinforcements all arrived via Space Greyhound. The stakes and scale of whole season are pitifully small.

Hiring Cad Bane is not cheap. Something had to go-the vending machines in the Pyke Syndicate break room or the monthly grenade allotment.

The Shand scene made me wonder why she didn’t just go do that as soon as they had the mayor’s aide in custody.

Pretty sure the book of boba fett is an all encompassing title and viewers cannot handle it. These are the stories how the war with pike were won in this specific area of the universe. That’s that....

Surprised to see all the negative comments about JFO, but I personally loved it and am pumped for the sequel (and also excited to see what else Respawn does with Star Wars). I’m also still really really happy that Respawn is killing it between their SW projects and Apex, because they’re a really talented team.

I know, I had just such a wildly different take on this game than everyone else in this one thread I feel like I kist have played a different game.  I loved this game.
