Running into the “I don’t like you either” guys from Tatoonine on Jedha rubbed me the wrong way.

Andor himself is a character from an entire pre-existing movie.

to the point that they’ve essentially become ascended memes

I haven’t seen anyone touch on Super yet, where Goku spends 90% of his time training with Gods on another planet and the other 10% risking the fate of his entire universe in multiverse tournaments.

If they are going that route, which I think they are, I don’t think it’s fair to judge them for it until the story is complete and we see what they came up with.

Now playing

Mandalorian showrunners after watching Andor.

I mean, there’s definitely options that make sense for the nemesis system. The game could randomly have one of your opponents in Crossed Wands confront you off campus or have Loyalists or Dark Wizards reappear. If you pick the “mean” dialogue choices, those characters could show up later to mess with you.

“Rent is too damn high” literally became a meme and that still wasn’t enough.

I’ve generally been pretty favorable toward The Mandalorian and I even enjoyed this episode, but I think the show is missing a huge opportunity for some pretty easy character development by not forcing Djin to work with another droid that isn’t IG-11. Yes, that was the one droid he’s ever trusted, but it’s broken now.

I thought we were making mob jokes, you racist.

Make them an offer they can’t refuse and they’ll talk.

Don’t forget to stay hydrated.

This is like your 13th comment. You ok, man? Grab a snickers.

You think a man who blew up a church in an act of terro—uh, revolution is going to ever half-ass your birthday or not appreciate the big moments of your lives together? No, this guy is gonna do something explosive for every life event you there is...

I don’t think it’s a stretch to imagine a corrupt FEDRA being hated by the citizens, killing Kathleen’s brother, and her using that event to spark a rebellion against FEDRA. She’s not a leader because she’s qualified as much as she’s probably the instigator that lead to FEDRA being ousted.

You can’t take 3 steps in the game without collecting power for something.

Monstro scared the shit out of me as a child and should be on here, at least somewhere around Randall Boggs.

Not a terrible list, but I feel like some of these are beat out by “Poor, Unfortunate Souls”, “Hakuna Matata”, and “Everybody Wants to Be a Cat”.

I could speak to them, but they never spoke back.

I think the reason the HP series was so accessible was because it required very little imaginative effort to insert yourself into Harry’s shoes. Like, he’s a 10yo magical wizard boy with parent issues who goes to magical wizard school and, at the time, I was a 10yo boy with parent issues who went to school. I even
