We’ve already had Joel hoisting Tess up, Ellie breaking stealth, Joel and Tess missing their first few shots against the Clickers, and Joel taking forever to reload. They’ve been alluding to the gameplay the entire time.

Thanks, Dr. Fauci!

(Reading the headline and absolutely nothing else.)

You could have a scene where Joel’s trying to be discreet and find some cover and Ellie’s just wandering around and he fusses at her about being so easily visible.

But I really wonder if “tough, grizzled man takes precocious young girl on a dangerous joruney and they bond along the way” still has legs for TV in 2023... we’ve seen that story a million times by now.

“Watching a person die, I think, ought to be much different than watching pixels die.”

I’ve never found demos particularly helpful. I played the demo for Forspoken the other day and it just felt off. They give you a lot of the skill tree, but little to no story or context (which is what I looking for).

Whether any of the above will be any good remains to be seen, but Sony is making deals to put PlayStation characters on more screens and subscription services. The company has clearly decided that PlayStation games aren’t enough, and that they can instead be the origin point for an expanded universe that ties into

I unironically love the idea of using hardware and peripherals to boost the performance of the Switch as it is, just like they used to do with original consoles. We’ve come full circle!

Nintendo continues to be the perfect platform for children and casual gamers.

I still don’t understand why people think the Pokemon games are suddenly going to prioritize fidelity or graphics when I don’t think a single game in their long history has even been in the top ten best looking ranking for its console

Can’t believe I’m watching another show about a grizzled Pedro Pascal babysitting a really important child.

Watched it about a year ago and its biggest fault is that they didn’t know how to end the movie. The characters are fun and it’s an absolutely beautiful movie. Definitely worth a watch.

If Disney were going to pump out a “new” IP series similar to Pirates of the Caribbean, this is where they should start.

If this show was ever going to do a big, GoT-level reveal, it would be that Luthen’s assistant is actually Leia. The likeness is too uncanny.

Ironically, doesn’t Disney now own the Blue Harvest Trilogy with their acquisition of FOX?

Just building off of what was presented in TLJ would also have been preferable to what we got in TROS, and would’ve gone toward making the trilogy seem less disjointed, which is the biggest complaint against the ST.

Aww, shit. Never mind. He got norted.

As a fan of Kingdom Hearts, a series about love, friendship, and light overcoming darkness, I can’t think of a better fandom to represent the People in Congress right now.

It’s a whole other program though, prone to its own glitches and ****ups.
