I don’t think I’m ready for Kingdom Hearts to ditch Disney and become Verum Rex, but I’ll play it just the same. I’ll just miss Donald and Goofy the entire time.

Windows appear to be larger than they actually are. And because it’s lower to the ground than most modern cars and SUVs, you feel instantly more connected to the road.
In the meantime, I’m curious: what’s the one thing you feel you need out of a final season?
It’s mostly a show of Franks now. Debbie’s a Frank. Carl’s a Frank. Liam’s a Frank. Frank’s a Frank.
My first vehicle (in 2005) was an ‘85 4Runner my grandfather bought new and sold to my dad in ‘94 before it was handed down to me. Absolutely loved that truck and only passed it on after I was handed down an ‘01 Tacoma (also a wonderful vehicle).
In a cynical, realistic world, I very much enjoy things that remind me of my lingering, child-like innocence and sense of wonder, so things like Kingdom Hearts and Star Wars have always scratched that itch for me. People can make all that comments about KH’s plot, tone, attitude, or whatever, but it’s just so much…
... Both of them?
Have you ever heard the tale of Darth Plagiarism the Wise?
We’re talking C+ here. Pity reviews will get you over C+.
Rey taking on the name “Solo” would’ve made so much more sense. Rey had a pretty strong connection with Han and the family she’s adopted is basically Han, Han’s best friend, Han’s wife, Han’s son, and Han’s brother in law. I get that Luke, Leia, and Ben are descended from Anakin, but I feel like she’s much more a part…
It sounds like you have to start a new game to get the most out of it. Just sayin’.
If you’re in it just for the story, I think it’s worth it. It does close down the Xehanort saga fairly well. I’m also assuming the DLC will fill in some of the holes left out of the vanilla game.
So, perfectly on brand for Star Wars.
Just don’t tie every single character back to, like, six people. Anakin didn’t need to build Threepio. Boba Fett didn’t need to be a Clone. Rey didn’t need to be a Palpatine. Yoda didn’t need to meet Chewie in Ep. III.
Disney screwed up twice. I agree that one head (either JJ or RJ) would be an improvement on the ST, but I’d go one step further and say that three, individual directors (one for each movie) would’ve been better than what we got. At least that way, Director #3 would’ve run with what the previous two movies gave them.
Aren’t cable users already paying a premium for subscriptions?
Looking forward to a company that will sell bundles of streaming services at a discount via volume and subscription cost-sharing. I wonder what you’d call that.
Or from the World Between Worlds.
How much of the “Old Republic”-esque prequel not getting green-lit is because GoT kinda ruined the Night King? Like, you could have this great show about this tragic villain, but it’s undercut by having him murdered by a 12 year old with a knife and some parkour.
There’s a lot of murder in that family.
