When someone says Nissan, pickup and racing, I can’t help but think of this, because certain Scottish guy:

I’m sorry, I can’t even find your original reply. I got over 60 notifications this morning so I simply ignored most of them. usually I reply to everyone, but this is just too much.

But are you interested in it? Would you watch an F1 or a WEC race (which is at least 6 hours long) with a genuine excitement and interest, and how many of your female friends would do the same?

I fully agree with your third paragraph and that is the point I’ve been trying to make before this got linked over at Jezebel. I also listed that as a reason for the small number of (good) female racing drivers out there - not enough girls interested in motorsport, and I honestly don’t know how to make a

Then why don’t you present me with counterpoint, because most of the replies I got from the Jezebel commentariat seems to back up my opinion.

It is an opinion based on the previous experiences with them. And most of the comments i saw yesterday simply backed up my position.

Also, you recommended my comment that actually states my opinion on this topic. Funny, isn’t it?

It is an opinion based on the previous experiences with them. Every time an article from Black Flag or Foxtrot Alpha got shared over there, we were assaulted by people who took things out of the context and attacked us without even presenting a counterpoint.

That’s not entirely true. While it is a fact that the Gulf Arabs are truly questionable people with questionable motives, Iran has its own ambitions in the region, mostly about spreading their influence in the Shia-dominated regions. It’s just that the Iran as a whole is a much more reasonable nation than any of

Gawker is a cesspool, and Jalopnik has lost quite a lot of its awesome quality over the last year or so. I am no longer visiting it, only Black Flag because i love motorsport.

I didn’t even bother, as soon as the Jezebel arrived, I signed off. What does bother me is that Stef greyed me out, moments after recommending my comment that explains my views of this situation.

Hey Stef, could you, please, read my rather long reply to you on the post with the Jezebels and then give me an explanation on why am I greyed-out, because you have actually recommended my comment that stated my opinion, moments after you have posted a reply in which you have criticised me?

Thanks for the support. But I am back into the greys for the second time in less than a year, so, coupled with the departure of Tyler Rogoway, I probably won’t be coming back here again.

Stef, I am dissapoint! Please read this, because you seem to have misunderstood me quite a lot, as there was sarcasm involved in my reply to Sanger.

Laia Sanz! Now that is someone quite heroic.

To all my Jezebel fans out there, I am signing out now because it’s getting late over here, but I do expect to see at least 30 angry notifications by tomorrow morning.

I did actually watch a couple of races at Glen and Sonoma, and I did (sort of) like them, but the feeling of awkwardness and a missed opportunity has drowned it out. Awkward, because cars looked awkward (handling and appearance wise) and a missed opportunity because too many ovals.

Dammit man, don’t feed them! Haven’t you learned something from the Putinbot wars at Foxtrot Alpha? Never feed the trolls/argue with idiots. Unless, of course, if you actually like that.

First, allow me to post some nonsense of my own:

As you can see from the influx of the commenters from Jezebel, most of the people from there cannot discuss things reasonably and politely, as witnesses many times before.
