@four12: Reminds me of a nice adage I heard: Never trust a person who's nice to you, but rude to your waiter.

@mr_peeks: Was thinking exactly the same thing. It just looks like it's upside down.
@Popstar Dave: After a bit of trial and error, I've got my google back to normal. I re-installed up to the latest version of Wolfram Alpha Google (0.6), then uninstalled that. It seems like the uninstall function has been upgraded somewhere along the line, and 0.6 puts google back the way it was.
@ChaseCoeurl: Me, too. That's why I was back here - to see if anyone had an answer.
@Xanderificus: I with you on this. Outlook is used exclusively for work email for me. I like being told which of my contacts has a LinkedIn profile, but Facebook interaction was the first things I disabled when I re-installed.
@unknownsoldierx: Your friends aren't arseholes, you're just not doing the trick right. If you were doing it right, they wouldn't be thinking about your other hand.
I'll stick with my ugly (but light) New balance running shoes. As someone who wears orthotics every day, I need them in my shoes when I run. I tried running barefoot for a while, but my knees did not like it.
The searching's the key for me. I installed and ran Xobni for a bit when it was in beta, but the performance hit that it took was just too much for my work machine. I'm going to try two things now: (1) try the new release of Xobni and see how much of the problem they've fixed, and (2) give Lookout a go thanks to a…
LH's help in this regard has been fantastic. I used the advice from the "Host Your Own Domain with Free Apps" to choose Tumblr as the back end for my own new blog [100wordreviews.net] and used the "Most popular domain name registers" to choose 1&1 for my domain.
I've been using [www.PiccDrop.com] for all the images on my blog [100wordreviews.net] since I started it last month. I heard about Piccdrop from LH, and so far it's been ok. It went down for about 12 hours once, but I'm willing to give it another chance before I switch.
I've loved DJ Steveboy's Podrunner series that I heard about in the comments here once: [www.djsteveboy.com]
Thanks to the original thread here, I chose to use 1&1 to host my new blog: [www.100wordreviews.net] . ".net" addresses are $9 per year, and the interface and reliability has been good so far. I haven't needed to call on their support, but from what I've heard, they're responsive when you do.
For any Aussies out there: [www.shoppingsquare.com.au] seems to be the best bet. Or if you've got a big DIY project on the cards then giant sheets are available from [magnet-eze.com.au] .
@JT73: Gotta admit that I went out and bought a Trackman after reading that "Best Mouse Models" article, and I'm hooked! Soon went out and bought another one for work. Although, I must admit, I'm not sure if what I really enjoy is the way the Trackman works, of the feeling of superiority when other people struggle…
@tarrkid: I don't know what you're worried about. I liked 'Cars' and all of the 'Saw' movies. Seems about right to me!
@jokermatt999: Hehehe... "I'm sorry, you must be *this* intelligent to post your comment."
THiss ias crrap!!!!!!! i wrtite emaail swhen i;m drunk all thetime and i donty havea ny problum,ns,,,
Is that a "Microsoft" thing that I wasn't able to download it with FF3, but when I dredged IE6 I got it without problems?
Not a hope in hell! I still pull out my NES every so often for a nice game of Track & Field. Especially good to get into the Olympic spirit.
I got it through an auto-update. Cheers!
