When I was in the Air Force I had a sergeant working for me who kept a spare cap and bogus key ring in his desk. When he was in he kept his real cap and keys on his desk. When he wanted to get away he put the spare cap with keys on his desk.

In reply to myself, if they bake at 165 degrees F, that’s like leaving them in a hot car on a summer day.  It could be that temp is critical for keeping their fancy cinnamon from losing the essential oils.  Hmmmmmmm...something to think about.

This seems to be something I can actually blame my parents for. And their parents, and so on.

Apparently I didn’t have the motivation to learn about intrinsic motivation. 

The more I read about this topic the more I think the gut biome is the answer to many, many issues. The easy one to connect the dots is obesity, and obesity is a factor in heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, and general well being. I believe if we can get a handle on the biome we can reduce the cost of medicine…

For the most part they are oblivious. I had to teach my daughters to not stand near a doorway.

Both my girls (26 and 21) get depressed on occasion and will not communicate by any means with anyone. This weekend my little one got dumped and quit her job, so we didn’t hear from her until yesterday afternoon. You cannot imagine how many scary scenarios you go through during these events.
